 The East Wing of Noddsdale House is a self-contained first floor flat in a B Listed country house with views over the Firth of Clyde. Noddsdale is two miles from Largs and within an hour of Glasgow and Prestwick airports. Ferries to Cumbrae, Bute and Arran are nearby and the paddle steamer Waverley offers trips on the Clyde in July and August. There are several golf courses close by. Nearby are Kelburn Castle and Country Park, with Burns Country and Loch Lomond within driving distance, as are Culzean Castle and Turnberry.
Accommodation  The accommodation is on the upper floor of the original farm buildings, which were converted in the 1920s to form a guest wing. Entry is by a flight of ten steps, which makes this property unsuitable for anyone who is disabled or for young children. The apartment has one bedroom with either one double or two single beds and the sitting room has a double sofa bed. There is the added option of a single bed in the hall. The kitchen / dining room is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, magimix, split level cooker and a fridge. There is one WC in the bathroom with a bath and basin. The sitting room is most unusual with a pitched wooden ceiling. A television, video, CD player and telephone (with honesty box) are provided. Heating throughout the property is electric and included in the price, as is all linen and towels. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer in the old laundry. Wifi - bring your laptop! Car parking is beside the property. Tennis court. There are colourful shrubs in May and June.
