The cottage is situated in the picturesque village of Harome, on the edge of the beautiful North York Moors National Park. Harome is famous for its thatched cottages, two of which were moved stone by stone to the nearby Ryedale folk museum and is also the home of a beautiful 12th century thatched inn, the Star Inn, the only restaurant in the region to boast a Michelin star. Our cottage is just two minutes away, easy stumbling distance after a superb night out.
 
 Accommodation
Our cottage is wonderfully romantic, and has recently been fully renovated to a high standard. It has two bedrooms and is furnished with carefully chosen antiques including double beds in each of the bedrooms, one of which dates from 1619! The cottage also features: - Spacious living area with exposed beams, tv/dvd player, digibox, board games, double sofa bed, cosy log burner etc;
- Brand new kitchen with double oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and tumble drier;
- Travel cot or sprung Z-bed available on request;
- Brand new bathroom with bath, power-shower and underfloor heating; and
- Large enclosed garden to the rear with furnished summer-house and barbecue area.
