A charming character cottage in a secluded location, yet only two minutes walk from Crowborough town.
 
Accommodation & Facilities: Well appointed and fully equipped, The Cottage offers tastefully decorated accommodation of a high standard and comfort. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one single bedroom and the bathroom. Downstairs there is a dining room, second w.c., and a sitting room with electric log effect fire. The kitchen has electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Separate laundry facilities include washing machine, tumble drier with iron and ironing board. Gas central heating and double glazing throughout. The enclosed setting provides a pretty garden, sunny courtyard and private parking. Towels, bed-linen, duvets and covers, tea-towels are all included. There is a colour TV with DVD player, and a radio/CD player. Barbecue, travel cot and high chair. Hairdryer and 16" floor-standing fan. Location - Crowborough is convenient for many N.T. and historical properties, gardens and vineyards.
- Ashdown Forest with its many beautiful walks is just a five minute drive and the South Downs are only 20 minutes away.
- Horse riding, climbing and other outdoor pursuits, sailing, golf courses and fishing etc., are all within a short distance.
- The Cottage is approximately 6 miles from the famous spa town of Tunbridge Wells, whilst Glyndebourne Opera House and the historic town of Lewes (famous for its bonfire celebrations on November 5th) are about a 30 minute drive. It is also convenient for Sheffield Park, Wakehurst Place, Bluebell Railway, Pooh Corner and the South of England showground at Ardingly, to name but a few.
- There is a good choice of eating places in the area offering a wide variety of cuisine.
- Trains run from Jarvis Brook Station, 5 minutes down the road, with a frequent service to London.
