Formerly used as a carpenter's workshop, this lovely historic building stands in the lee of St Michael's Church in the heart of the glorious market town of Louth - the capital of the Lincolnshire wolds. - This quintessential English town stands just a few miles from unspoilt coastline.
- Whether you want to watch the myriad birds that choose this part of the country to live and breed, just walk in real fresh air without a motorway or heavy traffic in earshot, or enjoy a real ale in one of the true country pubs, you will have a taste of old fashioned England.
 - In December, come and visit the coast where grey seals give birth or call in on one of the local farmer's or Christmas markets offering traditional produce and goods.
Accommodation: Completely restored in 2006 and 2007, yet retaining exposed beams and brickwork, this historic exterior conceals a spacious contemporary interior. Upstairs, two well equipped bedrooms (one double, one twin) have their own flat screen TVs, one with DVD and their own ensuite facilities. Downstairs, the large lounge/dining room has TV, DVD, CD and radio. Fully centrally-heated, there is also a modern wall-mounted fire to cast a warm glow and provide additional heating on a chilly evening. From the lounge, a doorway leads to a cloakroom, breakfast room and fully equipped kitchen. In the adjoining outhouse is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. Outside there is a small garden and patio area to enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine when the weather is pleasant. There is room for your car on the front drive or unrestricted parking is available on the road.
