Rental Terms and Conditions
Our rates are inclusive of heating, power & bedlinen, but please bring your own towels. No charges are made for hirers' pets but we request that these are kept downstairs. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Any damages and breakages are to be paid for by the hirer.
For bookings made more than 28 days in advance, a minimum deposit of one third of the hire charge is payable, with the balance being due 28 days before arrival. For bookings made 28 days or less before arrival, the full amount is required. Telephone/email bookings are welcome, but must be confirmed within 4 days by deposit and booking form or letter.
Keys are avilable after 3pm on your arrival day, to be returned before 10am on your departure day.
Beyond the statutory safety provisions, we cannot accept responsibility for people or belongings during their stay.
Hirers' cancellation is at their own risk - we reserve the right not to refund any monies already paid to us.

Please note: there is occasional firing at Eskmeals gunnery range across the bay - whilst this is barely audible inside the cottage, nervous dogs might be disturbed if walking out on the beach or dunes.
