Cosy, coastal cottage in a lovely area of the Lake District National Park. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the seashore of a picturesque village, yet just minutes' easy walk to shops, pubs/cafes and BR railway station. Beautiful mountain, woodland, riverside and beach walks from the door.

Centrally heated throughout, the accommodation comprises:  
  • Charming panelled lounge with flame-effect fire, TV, DVD & CD players, dining area, coats cupboard and porches to front garden and rear balcony;
  • Kitchen with double electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, small freezer, microwave and washing machine;
  • Dining room/sitting room with panoramic sea views;
  • Short staircase to upper landing;
  • Bedroom with 'bateau style' double bed;
  • Bedroom with single bed and sea view;
  • Bathroom with spacious shower unit, bath, WC and panoramic sea view;
  • Small enclosed front garden with seat, overlooking quaint village street;
  • Rear balcony directly above the shore, with views of sea, river and dunes;
  • Single car parking space on street - visitor permit provided.

'Where the mountains meet the sea', a haven of peace on the triple estuary of the Esk, Irt & Mite; an enchanting, uncrowded gateway to Lakeland's loveliest valleys and most spectacular peaks.
