The Birches is situated in a wonderful, peaceful location. This property is a spacious, modern bungalow set amongst mature birch woodlands in rural Nairnshire and enjoys uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside.  
  • This is an ideal location to relax or to tour this beautiful area of the Scottish Highlands, with golf, hill walking, cycling, horse riding and the seasonal skiing all available locally!
  • Visit one of the many historical places including Cawdor Castle, Culloden Moor Battlefields and Clava Cairns.
  • Boat cruises are also available on Loch Ness or dolphin watching on the Moray Firth, and the river Spey is close by and ideal for salmon fishing or trout fishing on the newly developed fishing loch 1/2 mile away.

This home consists of:  

  • 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 with en-suite shower and toilet, and 1 twin.
  • There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.

Attractions:  

  • The Ardclach area has about 20 homes scattered over a 50 acre radius ensuring privacy but without feeling completely isolated.
  • The Birches is set in approx one third of an acre with a long drive, which is all fenced in ensuring young children have plenty of space to play outside without worrying they wander onto the road.
  • With activities and attractions such as award winning beaches (8 miles away), parks, cinemas, quad biking, swimming pools, ice rinks, bowling, The Cairngorm Funicular railway, dolphin watching on the Moray Firth, the list is as long as you would like to make it, something for everyone and all reachable within 15 - 40 mins drive.
