This Grade II listed limestone barn conversion has immense character with its original beamed ceilings, Victorian spiral staircase and stone flagged floors. (4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms). It has a spacious lounge (23' x 13') with a comfy suite, electric effect stove, colour TV, video and micro CD system. Large windows overlook the patio and garden. There is a dining room with pine units, stone flagged floor and a table seating eight. The kitchen has hand made oak units with polished local stone worktops, electric oven/hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Utility room with automatic washer/dryer. Downstairs shower room with wc and wash basin. One double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and one bunk bedded room. Bathroom/wc with over bath shower. At the side of the cottage is a gated drive with parking for two cars.

Situated on the green in the small traditional Derbyshire village of Monyash yet only 5 miles from the attractive market town of Bakewell and 8 miles from the spa town of Buxton. - An ideal base for visiting the Peak District.
- Lathkill Dale and the stone circle at Arbor Low are both near by.
- The local pub and village tearooms are only a short walk.
- There are plenty of attractions to visit, from the excitement of Alton Towers to the peaceful settings of nearby Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.
For lovers of the outdoors the area has everything - walking, cycling, fishing and more! Miles of cycle trails can be explored on foot or bicycle (cycle hire available locally). The Dark Peak moors and White Peak's limestone dales are all within easy reach. - Weekly bookings can either run Fri-Fri or Mon-Mon, and short breaks Mon-Fri or Fri-Mon.
