The Malt House is located in the hamlet of Exton in the heart of Exmoor National Park within walking distance of both open moorland on Winsford Hill and the idyllic river Exe. The surrounding countryside is full of flowers, wildlife, birds and history.

Accommodation The Malt House is part of what used to be a village inn and forms one side of a small courtyard with the owners house opposite. Accommodation is all on the ground floor though with two steps. It is furnished simply but with well detailed style. Large living/dining room with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove. Free logs. Kitchen area with all electric facilities. Two bedrooms: one double and one twin. Garden views. Stylish bathroom with bath shower. Sunny private garden with beautiful views. Off road parking. All electricity / heating included. Linen supplied, reduction available without linen. The Malt House is a No Smoking zone. Sorry, no pets.
