Situated six miles N.E. of Bala, the world-renowned water sports centre on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, this is unquestionably one of the most beautiful regions of Britain. Affording easy access to Llangollen, Chester, Harlech, Snowdon, Betws-y-Coed and Angelsey, it is an ideal spot for touring or sightseeing with many attractive villages, charming market towns and historic castles, all within easy reach. There are also wonderful walks from the doorstep, with an extensive network of local footpaths and the local pub/restaurant is only a ten minute drive away. The Accommodation

Numerous picnic benches in idyllic places with great views accessible from the decking. Beautiful pond/lake with one acre picnic/nature area. Network of old footpaths and lovely walks for the more active out there. Great fishing area. Great cycling tracks. The perfect, peaceful place to unwind. What more could you ask for!
