The cottage, built approximately 150 years ago, has royal connections, previously being owned by The Prince of Wales as part of the Duchy of Cornwall. - Situated almost at the top of picturesque Ham Hill with superb views over the surrounding countryside.
- The original occupants would have worked in the quarry which now forms Ham Hill Country Park. The Park is a short walk up the hill, and is designated an area of great natural beauty and historical interest.
Located in the village of Stoke-sub-Hamdon, the cottage is an excellent base for visiting the many places of interest both locally and further afield. Its position is great for ramblers, birdwatchers, photographers or anyone just wanting a tranquil place to rest. Locally there are some excellent pubs and restaurants.

Accommodation Comfortably furnished lounge with colour TV, video, CD player. Gas fired central heating throughout. Pine fitted kitchen including cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and pine table with 6 chairs. 2 bedrooms - 1 twin and 1 double. The double room also has a sofa which converts to a small double and is ideal for children. Duvets provided. Bathroom with electric shower. Please provide own bed linen and towels.
