Tamana is a new purpose-built self catering cottage nestling amongst the North Harris Hills on the beautiful Island of Harris. Tamana cottage is located in the village of Govig. The breath taking journey to Govig will take you past the old Whaling Station the Bunamhainnedar tennis court and Amhainnsuidhe Castle.

The stunning scenery of North Harris sees the rugged mountain terrain fall into the raging sea, only to be softened by the stretches of soft golden sands of Hushinish, over looking the uninhabited island of Scarp.
Hushinish beach is a five minute drive away from the cottage. Tamana beach (where the cottage finds its name) is a ten minute walk over the hill behind the cottage.
Ample opportunities for hill walking and wildlife are on the doorstep of Tamana Cottage. The use of a boat, which is located on the loch in front of the cottage, is provided at no extra cost. (To be used at your own risk, life jackets are provided.)
Fishing on the Govig loch is at no extra cost although salmon fishing on other lochs can be arranged with the local estate.
A corner of paradise may be closer than you think.
