• Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room has an electric cooker with gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine with integral tumble drier. Kitchen table and four chairs.
• Welcome basket with tea, coffee and milk.
• The large bathroom/wc has bath with electric shower.
• The living room has two sofas, occasional tables, dining table and chairs and colour television.
• Bedroom 1 has a double bed, antique chest of drawers, dressing table and large built in wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2 has two single beds, antique chest of drawers, dressing table and large built in wardrobe.
• Central heating with radiators in all rooms and hall.
• All linen and towels provided.
• Gas and electricity included.

Flat 2a  

• Fully equipped kitchen as above. Separate dining area with dining table and four chairs.
• Welcome basket with tea, coffee and milk.
• The large living room has two sofas, occasional tables, desk and colour television.
• Bedroom 1 has double bed, wardrobe and antique dressing table.
• Bedroom 2 has a two single beds, antique wardrobe and chest of drawers and dressing table.
• Bathroom with bath, wc and electric shower.
• Separate wc.
• All linen and towels provided.
• Gas and electricity included.

Location:  

• 5 minutes from British Rail Stations, Sydenham and Penge East. These are 16 minutes to London Bridge and Charing Cross and 18 minutes to Victoria.
• Underground connections are at New Cross or London Bridge to the Jubilee line.
• We can arrange airport transfers.
