 SWIFT COTTAGE is a high quality, recent stone barn conversion, one of nine cottages set in peaceful rolling South Devon countryside. There is a 38ft x 16ft heated indoor pool, together with games room and children's play area. - Free WiFi Broadband Internet Access.
The village of Ipplepen is nearby and the historic town of Totnes is less than four miles distant. - Within easy reach are the many beaches of the South Devon coastline and Dartmoor National Park (famous for its wild Dartmoor ponies).

ACCOMMODATION Sleeps 4/5. Two en-suite bedrooms (one on ground floor with TV) with 5ft double beds. Sofa bed + 1 in living room. All rooms heated. Linen and towels provided. Vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, log burning stove in open-plan living/dining room. Widescreen TV/Freeview with HDD recorder/DVD/CD/Radio, Telephone. Fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer etc. Travel cot and high chair included on request. South facing courtyard with decking, furniture and BBQ. Swift is a no smoking cottage. Sorry, no pets. LEISURE - Shared 38ft x 16ft heated indoor pool with showers and changing rooms.
