A cosy two bedroom, fully equipped old farm cottage, caringly modernised to a very high standard, and situated in the heart of rural Ryedale. The cottage is ideally located, central to the Yorkshire Wolds, east coast seaside, and the old city of York - four miles from the market town of Malton, and seven miles from Pickering, gateway to the North York Moors.

Sharing the courtyard with Abbotts Farmhouse with ample space for parking, and delightful views over the Moors and Wolds, the cottage has one single and one double bedroom with ample cupboard space, shower, separate WC, TV, video, hi-fi, payphone and fully fitted well-equipped kitchen.
