The picturesque village of Horning is situated on the River Bure, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, 10 miles from Norwich, 17 miles from Great Yarmouth and 3 miles from Wroxham, the 'capital' of the Norfolk Broads.

Situated in the centre of the village, Swan Cottage is an attractive modern cottage, newly furnished and redecorated throughout in early 2009. The cottage offers a high standard of accommodation throughout, with good quality fixtures, fittings and appliances.

  • The dining room seats 8, and leads on to the kitchen with integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a full range of modern kitchen appliances.
  • The cottage has 4 bedrooms - 2 full size doubles, 1 small double (with 4' bed) and a twin.
  • The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room, in addition to the main bathroom (also with power shower and bath) and a downstairs cloakroom.
  • The cottage has a pretty courtyard garden to the rear and off street parking.
  • Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are available for use by visitors.
