 Our Cottage is situated in beautiful countryside with only the sheep, cattle and lots of wildlife to disturb you. So you can have a refreshing and relaxing holiday.

We have roe deer who can be seen in the nearby fields and visit us regularly.
There is a family of stoats hunting in and around Swallow Barn, our hens are safe at present, 'Sidney' the cockerel is their protector.
There is a constant flow of colourful birds visiting the nut feeder, all can be viewed from the windows, only a few yards away. The Swallows have now gone South after a very good year with each pair having 4 hatchings the outbuildings are now quiet.

Local village agriculture and country shows in the summer months.
Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and Pennine Villages only a 'picturesque' drive away from our Cottage.
