 A wonderful haven of peace and quiet, next to the owners home this spacious former stone barn has been converted to a welcoming comfortable home. Nestled within farmland, with views of fells and open countryside and our adjoining hay meadow provide a great place for wildlife lovers. Only 15 minutes away by car to local amenities; - shops supermarket restaurants and Pubs.
Location - Located in the Upper Eden Valley, it is ideally situated with easy access for walking and sightseeing in the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Northern Pennines.
 - Close by is the market town of Kirkby Stephen (distance 5miles) with a supermarket and shops selling local produce. There are also cafes, restaurants and several Pubs where you can find a wide variety of food.
- Many local craft and food producers, farmers markets and village shows.
- Many walks and nature trails locally or a few miles away for more serious walkers.
- You have a grandstand view from the cottage, with many species of birds visiting the feeders and swallows nesting in the outbuilding all within 12 metres of the cottage. There are rabbits, hares, foxes, stoats and also nearby are red squirrels. The Roe deer are often seen in adjoining fields.
