With views of open countryside, this cottage is ideal for wildlife lovers; birds and animals can be seen from the sunny south-facing living room and patio. Situated in its own grounds next door to the owners' home, this spacious former barn has been thoughtfully converted to an excellent standard with 'home from home' comforts.
Location - Located in the Upper Eden Valley, it is ideally situated with easy access for walking and sightseeing in the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Northern Pennines.
 - The Eden Valley and surrounding area offers a vast variety of historical, activity and family tourist attractions.
- Swallow Barn is situated in farmland; walks from the front door reveal a wealth of local flora and fauna.
- Close by is the market town of Kirkby Stephen (5miles) offering everyday shopping and a good selection of Pubs and restaurants, pub meals are also offered in Brough Sowerby a 30-minute walk away.
