  • The house is well appointed with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - all recently refurbished. There are 3 double beds, two twin rooms (twins can be set out as singles or double beds) and one bunk bed - sleeping a total of 12 people. One of the double and bunk rooms can be locked off to provide less accommodation for a reduced rate - please call for further details.
  • The property is pet friendly (see arrangements) and has a lovely sunny garden and conservatory.
  • The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped with all appliances and has a breakfast table area leading onto a large dining room which will seat up to 12 guests - ideally for those big family feasts!

  • The dining room has a large farmhouse table with 12 chairs and there is a log burner too.
  • For those watersports enthusiasts, four mile bridge is a renowned location for canoeing and windsurfing - the property has a ground floor shower room too.
  • From Feb 1st 2008 in line with the new tariffs we will charge for fuel (oil and electric only) on a pay as you go basis - we find this is more environmentally conscious and guests only then pay for what they use - average costs based on full occupancy will be about £10/day (weather dependent) - this is deducted from your deposit.
