Spacious, bright, comfy, 2 bedroom bungalow, with an enclosed back garden in a quiet location in the village of Heacham, 15 minutes walk to the sea, 10 minutes walk to local shops, and pubs.

Accommodation:

Large entrance hall with tiled floor, double doors leading into spacious comfy living room, with TV and DVD player.
Separate dining room with tiled floor leading into the fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board, and washer dryer. Kitchen door leading into enclosed rear garden with lawn, flower beds and patio and garden furniture. Awning for use on sunny days.
One double bedroom.

The bungalow has lawns to the front and side, a garage, parking for two cars on the front drive, and a private enclosed sunny rear garden.

The village of Heacham has a good choice of shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways.
Heacham is a good base for touring North Norfolk. Visit bird reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell. Visit Norfolk Lavender. Have a day out at Sandringham.
Heacham is also a good base for walking or cycling in Norfolk.
Visit Brancaster, Holkham, Burnham Market, Wells and Blakeney.
There is plenty for families to do locally - visit Snettisham Park Farm to see deer and other animals. The sandy beach of Hunstanton is only 3 miles away, visit the Sea Life Centre and spend the day on the beach. There are also amusements, a leisure centre, theatre, pubs and restaurants.
The historic town of Kings Lynn is near by with good shops, a theatre, cinema and museums.
