 Sun & Sea is a 4 bedroomed detached house in a sought after quiet residential area, offering sea views from the rear bedrooms. The next sandy beach (Dumpton Gap) lies in walking distance (approx. 500m downhill). It offers well-tended, light, comfortable and homely accommodation which has recently been renovated to a high standard - including German double glazed tilt & turn windows and a new upstairs bathroom.
Ground Floor: Hall with boiler cupboard with storage-room for jackets, shoes, etc. Large, comfortable lounge/dining room with laminate flooring, rugs, leather sofa, colour TV and large patio-doors to furnished terrace. Dining area with antique furniture open to a large laminated annexe/garden room with 1 single bed, table, seat and patio door to terrace. Please note: There are shelves but no cupboards in this room. First Floor: - 4 bedrooms: 1 double with built-in mirror wardrobe and sea-views (beds can also be set up as 2 singles). 3 singles, one of them with sea views, the other one with captain's bed (2' 6" wide and 6' 5" long), which makes it more suitable for children than for adults. The third with matress for additional sleeping.
