Sun & Sea is a 3 bedroomed detached house in a sought after quiet residential area, offering sea views from the rear bedrooms. The next sandy beach (Dumpton Gap) lies in walking distance (approx. 500m downhill). Approx. 10 min. walk will bring you to the town's centre and high street with many interesting shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pubs and main Viking beach. The house offers well-tended, airy comfortable und homely accommodation with a recently renovated bathroom upstairs and double glazed tilt & turn windows.

Ground Floor:

Hall with boiler cupboard with storage room for jackets, shoes etc.
Large, comfortable lounge/dining room with laminate flooring, rugs, leather sofa, colour TV and large patio-doors to furnished terrace.

Private parking for one car on driveway.
