Sumners Cottage is a luxurious holiday home set in a spacious pretty garden overlooking a large lake beside the 100 acre grounds of Sumners Ponds, situated 3 miles south of Horsham, a pretty market town in West Sussex. Uniquely this spacious cottage accommodates visitors to a very high standard while offering access to woodland walks, fishing lakes and farmland all contained within the grounds. The cottage also offers stunning views over one of the lakes to the countryside beyond. A lakeside cafe a short walk from the cottage offers breakfasts, lunches and suppers. The local pub and village shop with post office is just a 5 minute stroll into the village.

Accommodation for 9+ people in 5 bedrooms. Spacious, comfortable with good quality furniture and fittings, is ideally suited for larger families or family/friends groups sharing. The cottage is very well equipped with a large digital TV, DVD, washing machine, tumbledryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, music system and free broadband connection.

Nearest sandy beach at Climping, 25 minutes by car. South Downs 15 minutes. Horse-riding, sailing, bowling, paint-ball, all available nearby. Many places of historical interest close by.
