 Sumners Cottage is a lovely secluded holiday home set in a private garden within the 100 acre grounds of Sumners Ponds Fishery and campsite, situated 3 miles south of Horsham, a pretty market town in West Sussex. Uniquely this spacious, refurbished cottage accommodates visitors to a very high standard while offering access to woodland walks, fishing lakes and farmland all contained within the grounds. The cottage also offers stunning views over one of the lakes to the countryside beyond. A lakeside 50m from the cottage offers breakfasts, lunches and suppers, and the local Pub is just a 5 minute stroll into the village.
 Accommodation for 9+ people. Spacious, comfortable with good quality furniture and fittings, is ideally suited for larger families or 2 family groups sharing. The cottage is very well equipped with a large digital TV, DVD, washing machine, tumbledryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, music system and broadband connection.
