 Sumners Cottage is a luxurious holiday home set in a spacious pretty garden overlooking a large lake within the 100 acre grounds of Sumners Ponds Fishery and campsite, situated 3 miles south of Horsham, a pretty market town in West Sussex. Uniquely this spacious, refurbished cottage accommodates visitors to a very high standard while offering access to woodland walks, fishing lakes and farmland all contained within the grounds. The cottage also offers stunning views over one of the lakes to the countryside beyond. A lakeside cafe 100m from the cottage offers breakfasts, lunches and suppers. The local pub and village shop with post office is just a 5 minute stroll into the village.
