Summerbreeze Lodge was built ten years ago and is situated next to rolling countryside on the edge of Shanklin, but is only a five minute drive from the beach and only a fifteen minute walk from the pubs and restaurants of Shanklin's famous Old Village.
 
Summerbreeze is approached via a farm lane that has no through traffic ensuring peace and quiet for adults and safety for children.
 
Summerbreeze is ideally suited for two or even three families that want to share a fun filled family holiday together.  - Cycling, rambling and golfing groups would also find Summerbreeze more than ideal.
- The rear garden is West facing towards downlands ensuring uninterrupted sunshine late into the evening finishing with spectacular sunsets.
