Set in a wonderful rural location with country walks from the doorstep. Only a short drive from the finest beaches in south Devon, including Bantham, Bigbury, Thurlestone, Hope Cove, Blackpool Sands. Near the lovely estuary towns of Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Dartmouth. Spectacular Dartmoor 10 miles.

There is something for everyone: sailing, estuary and river cruises, surfing, golf, walking, riding, fishing or just relaxing! Many great pubs, restaurants and lots of interesting shops/craft centres. Close to two steam railways and fascinating National Trust properties.
