Accommodation

On arrival parking is on road. The lodge is approached through a gate in the beech hedging and the path round the perimeter of the house leads to the main door.
The door enters the house into a small lobby and the door to the right leads to the open plan kitchen dining lounge. A beautiful sunny room. There are 2 sets of large patio doors to sitting out area.
The kitchen is new with all appliances, washer drier, fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric. There is a dining table seats 6. Four comfortable sofas (1 sofabed), wall mounted LCD TV with SKY.
Upstairs there is a large extremely comfortable double bedroom with zip / link beds so can either be assembled as a twin or a king size bed. The windows are all veluxed with a floor length end window with steel balustrade. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes. There is an ensuite shower room with whb and wc. A wall mounted TV with SKY.
