There is also a sofa-bed in the lounge. Bathrooms: On the ground floor there is a luxury shower room, tiled floor to ceiling with heated towel rail. Accessible for wheelchairs but not yet fitted with grab rails. On the first floor there is a bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Table football and music system with settees for easy listening. The Lounge has 32" TV with Sky and modern hole in the wall gas fire and doors opening onto balcony. Open plan games room on top floor.
