is a delightful former railway cottage dating from the mid 19th Century, completely rebuilt and remodelled in the 1980's, stylishly refurbished and updated internally in 2004. Located at the end of a quiet lane close to Bembridge Harbour, the cottage is a short stroll from the beach and the excellent range of shops, pubs, restaurants and art galleries in the village.

The property is set within a charming terraced garden, providing both seclusion and plenty of room for al-fresco dining. The rear garden wooden chalet annex provides further accommodation in the summer months.

Bembridge is located at the eastern most tip of the island, surrounded by good beaches and rolling downland providing excellent walking, golf, fishing, sailing and swimming.

• The open plan living/dining room has recently been re-decorated and refurbished to a very high standard of comfort. This leads onto:
• A fully equipped modern kitchen (features include large fridge freezer, hob, eye-level oven, dishwasher, toaster and sandwich maker).

• Sleeps 5 (two doubles and a single), plus 2 in the rear garden annex. (April to October only.)
