is on the north shore of Isle of Wight just to the west of Cowes. It is an ideal location for all visitors including families, walkers, cyclists and dinghy sailors. We have two newly built beachside properties available for self-catering accommodation.

Situated directly opposite our two properties is the Outlook Cafe and Bar.  

• The Outlook Café/Bar serves an exciting blend of fresh, traditional and continental meals and snacks with delicious homemade cakes and deserts.
• It has an informal atmosphere with relaxing sofas offering unparalleled views of the western Solent.
• It is open seven days a week in the summer and offers our guests a 10% discount on all purchases.

Starboard:  

• Two Bedrooms: Double room (en suite) - sleeps two with en suite shower room. Twin room - sleeps two. Sofa bed in lounge - sleeps two. Both bedrooms have wardrobes, beside tables and alarm clock radios. Bedding, linen and house towels provided. Beach towels can be supplied on request.
• Bathroom: Good size bathroom with W/C, basin, bath with electric shower and glass shower screen. Opening Velux window above bath and toilet area.
• Cupboard with Gas Central heating boiler, iron, folding clothes horse, vacuum cleaner and high chair.
• Open Plan Living Area: Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave oven, crockery, cutlery and utensils. Dining area with table and six chairs. Lounge area with television, DVD player, Freeview digital and CD player.
• Garden: Lawn with patio and seating area. Rotary clothes dryer. Outside tap.
• Secure shed for storage of bicycles etc.
• There is parking for two cars.
