Furnished and decorated to a very high standard, with polished wood floors, the cottage is set above the small village of Greenhead, overlooking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside of Hadrian's Wall country and the Scottish hills. This is an excellent location for touring Northumberland, the Lake District and the Scottish Borders and for visiting the many sites on Hadrian's Wall which are only a few miles away.

Why not make our cottage a base for a walking or cycling holiday? The Hadrian's Wall Trail and is well served by the Hadrian's Wall bus service which allows walkers to hop on and off at the various stages. There are many cycle paths in the area including the Hadrian's Wall Cycle Route.

From the French window look out over the local golf course at unbroken views and watch the variety of birds which visit the bird table on the patio. Kitchen area has gas cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
