 Staddlestones is a single storey barn conversion situated in the grounds of historic Trelaske House, which still owns the central twelve acres of a once larger estate. According to legend, this was landscaped by Capability Brown.
Accommodation The property has its own separate road access, ample parking area, own garden, patio and garden furniture. It sleeps up to four people; one bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a large living room with an inglenook fireplace. Freeview TV and DVD player. The kitchen/dining room has both an electric cooker and a microwave oven. There is also a washing machine, tumble drier and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a bath, wc and shower. Full oil fired central heating is available as a chargeable extra. The property is ideally situated to explore much of Devon and Cornwall. The North and South coasts, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, are all within easy reach. Stunning countryside, pretty villages and several golf courses are all close to hand.
Access to the A30 dual carriageway which joins the M5 at Exeter is easily accessible. Lewannick village just three quarters of a mile away has a Post Office/store, church, pub, surgery and repairs garage.
