Location  

• Local shops are within minutes walk from the cottage as are other amenities such as the local church, pub and the beautiful expansive beaches of the Witterings.
• The Witterings, as well as being sited by Tatler as being the equivalent to the Hamptons, is also famous for its wind surfing and other water sports. It has a famous bird sanctuary that attracts many notable bird watchers.
• The area is popular for its sailing and Chichester has one of the south's most prestigious Marinas.
• There is a frequent bus service to East Wittering and to Chichester, which has all the facilities of a large town. Chichester has its magnificent Cathedral and its famous Festival Theatre as well as a large variety of shops and services.
