Large luxury apartment on 2 floors with stunning views, nestling at the edge of Holyrood Park and close to city centre. A short walk brings you to Arthur's Seat, providing a good variety of walks and which at the top gives spectacular views across the palace, castle and city to the Firth of Forth.

The city centre and Princes Street shops are 5 minutes by bus (frequent service within walking distance) or 20 minutes walk away.

The spacious apartment is very bright and consists of:

Lounge and separate dining room, both south facing, with views of Arthurs Seat.
3 bedrooms - 1 double with ensuite shower room, 1 double, 1 with 2 single beds + futon. There are beds for 7 people.

Cancellation Policy

More than 4 weeks in advance = loss of deposit.
Less than 4 weeks in advance if a new tenant is found = loss of deposit.
Less than 4 weeks in advance if a new tenant is not found = the whole rental fee is due.
