Location  

• Johnshaven is an unspoilt, pretty little fishing village nestled on the border between Angus and Aberdeenshire.
• Just a short walk from the house you can find creel being landed on the traditional harbour-side, have a quiet drink in one of the two local pubs, buy provisions in the excellent village store, make use of the putting area, tennis courts and play area in the local park, or simply enjoy rockpooling and seal and dolphin spotting on the local beach.
• More extensive shopping can be found in the local market towns of Stonehaven and Montrose.
• For the more adventurous, the Whiskey Trail, Castle Trail, Angus Glens, Grampians and several nature reserves are all within striking distance.
