 Your holiday home is set in the 450 acre grounds of Spreacombe Manor, less than 4 miles from Woolacombe. The estate can be found in the secluded Spreacombe Valley offering easy access to North Devon's extensive coastline of golden sandy beaches which, together with the peace and quiet of our countryside location, brings many visitors back year after year. - A one acre site, formerly the kitchen garden to Spreacombe Manor, is now the setting for a small cluster of 6 bungalows, thoughtfully decorated, fully furnished and equipped with everything for your comfort and convenience.
- Across a field and facing the bungalows is Chapel Wood, an RSPB reserve, where you'll find the reamins of a 14th century chapel and holy well.
- The whole estate is a haven for wildlife. Wander through our woodlands and you may see deer, geese, ducks, moorhens and pheasants as well as many birds and butterflies.

During school holidays children of all ages enjoy playing together on the large grassed area in front of the bungalows or in the play area situated in the corner where there are swings, slide and a sandpit. Cots & highchairs available.
We offer special low season discounts when only 2 people occupy a bungalow. Many couples come then to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Spreacombe Valley.
