These delightful cottages are available throughout the year. They are situated in seclusion on our own farm and are ideal for exploring Norwich, the Norfolk countryside, the Broads and coast.
Gaffer's Cottage
5 bedrooms (sleeping 9 + 3 +cot).
This was originally the coachman's cottage to Spixworth Hall and has been adapted over the years without losing its charm and features such as exposed beams. It is surrounded by woodland and gardens full of roses in summer. A new ground floor bedroom and bathroom gives facilities for people with reduced mobility.
Waterside and Granary Cottages, and the Hayloft
3 bedrooms each sleeping 5 - 7 +cot.
These cottages have been created by the skilful conversion of the Jacobean Stables/Granary. The care undertaken in the preservation of this Listed building has been rewarded with Broadland Enhancement Awards in 1996 and 2002, and a CLA award in 1997. The Stable character was preserved and yet the cottages have all the facilities of the 21st century.
Swallows and Pond Cottages
3 bedrooms + 2 bedrooms sleeping 6 +4 +cots.
In completing the conversion of the Stables building in 2001 we created two cottages with an internal door linking their living rooms so that the cottages can be used separately or linked as one large cottage.
We welcome all those who enjoy our countryside and heritage. In Norfolk there is much to see and do, and the cottages offer space to relax and unwind.
