 These delightful two bedroom cottages are available throughout the year. They are situated in seclusion on our own farm and are ideal for exploring Norwich, the Norfolk countryside, the Broads and coast.
The Gatekeepers Lodge
This single storey cottage was extensively restored and modernised in 1997 and is set in delightful gardens abounding with wildlife at the old entrance to the Hall.
Stables Cottage
With the original stable doors (wide enough for a cart horse) and level access throughout, this cottage is ideal for anyone with reduced mobility. It is part of the listed Jacobean Stables/Granary of Spixworth Hall and is still full of character with oak supporting pillars and beams and a southfacing living room opening into a sunny, enclosed courtyard.
Pond Cottage
On the end of the Granary building with a garden running down to the pond we have the Head Grooms two up/two down cottage. It was completely renovated in 2001 and now instead of a bath in front of the kitchen fire it boasts an ensuite bathroom and a separate shower room and WC.
We warmly welcome anyone who enjoys our countryside and heritage. There is something for everyone in Norfolk and the cottages offer space to relax and unwind.
