 Ideally situated in the heart of the historic fishing village of Pittenweem on the Fife Coast (East Neuk) only 10 miles from St Andrews, the home of Golf and 45 miles from the City of Edinburgh known for its history, the arts and shopping. Perth known as 'the gateway to The Highlands' is just 42 miles. - You can play golf, take a stroll or a hike along the Fife Coastal Walk, visit the historic buildings or just go shopping in St Andrews and then enjoy an evening meal in one of the local restaurants. Just an idea for one day!
- Drive up to The Highlands and then your holiday takes on a whole new aspect or just walk down one of the wynds in the village to see Sammy the seal basking in the harbour looking for an easy meal.
- The Kingdom of Fife is known as a cyclists paradise with many cycle ways (see the links page) and also a variety of water sports are available.
Accommodation comprises: Three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin). Bathroom and separate shower room. A beautiful living room with log burning stove, and a lovely garden. We could tell you about all the rooms but we think that you should just check out the pictures for yourself! Access to the cottage is via the forestair and there are spiral staircases leading to the garden and also to two of the bedrooms on the top floor. Gas central heating, oven and hob. Fridge/freezer. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Freeview TV's in the living room and all bedrooms. DVD player, broadband wireless internet access and telephone. We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate children or pets and the cottage is not suitable for people with certain disabilities (please ask for details).
