Daisy Bank and Hope Cottage are traditional stone cottages in the hamlet of Sparrow Pit in the Peak District National Park. Dating from the 17th Century they were originally lead miners' cottages, first extended in the mid 1800's and recently modernised to a high standard.
Both cottages have exposed beams, original features and a mixture of antique furniture with modern comfort. In winter you can enjoy a weekend break curled up in front of a roaring open fire. - Situated away from the main road at the top of the village they adjoin open farmland.
- In the large cottage garden you can relax and enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding hills.
- Within a few yards are a network of footpaths and many circular walks, or more strenuous treks a short distance.
- Good food is available at the local pub just 200 yards down the road.
- Please visit our website for further details.
