• Nestled on gentle slopes between Honiton and Cullompton in East Devon, we offer a self contained holiday with a choice of six self catering cottages and a large farm house giving a total compliment for up to 42 people.
• South Farm is an idyllic holiday destination within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty less than an hours drive from Exmoor or Dartmoor.
• The guests at South Farm can enjoy stunning views and share the wonderful facilities.
• A communal games barn with badminton, table tennis, toys, books and board games is ideal for children to let off steam, whilst adults indulge in a sauna and spa (available high season and bank holidays at a small cost) or use the gym, perhaps even swim in the heated outdoor pool (available May to September - supervise children at all times) after a game of tennis.
• The fire pit is a great place for gathering around in the evening with the odd glass of wine and a guitar or two.
• The grounds are extensive with picnic tables (Bbqs also available) and a childrens play-area.
• For Fishermen there are three well-stocked coarse fishing lakes (Marlpit lake is now primarily our stock lake) and deer and buzzards roam the area.
• As night falls you may even see the badger family and foxes that often pay us an evening visit.

If you can tear yourselves away, nearby Honiton or Tiverton are worth a visit although once you are settled at South Farm, leaving will be the last thing on your mind.
