The cottage overlooks the village of St.Mullins with views of the Blackstairs Mountains, and Mt Brandon, providing the perfect rural retreat.

Locally
The village, only 15 minutes stroll away, is steeped in history, containing the remains of a 7th century monastery with its crypt, a fine example of an ancient High Cross, overlooking St Molings well and just yards away there are the remains of a Motte and Bailey dating back to Norman times.
St Mullins, just 4 miles from Graiguenamanagh, is on the river Barrow, just below the first weir, providing coarse and shad fishing, and boating. It contains a riverside cafe and a pub.
An 18 hole golf course is only 2 miles to the north.
