• The kitchen provides cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle and all crockery/cutlery you would require. It comfortably sits 6 but the owners have occasionally sat 10!
• The property has one double bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs - total sleeping 6/7.
• There is a shower room upstairs and a bathroom with shower downstairs.
• There is also a toilet next to a children's playroom situated above the kitchen.
• Linen is supplied but towels are not.

• The front and back gardens are enclosed with a small burn running down the side of the back garden.
• There is a patio area in the back garden perfect for al fresco dining!

• The cottage is situated opposite Lamlash Golf course and is walking distance from bus stops, pubs, shops, beach and restaurants.
