Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Kingussie, with free Wi-Fi, within easy walking distance of village amenities, we have a modern detached bungalow, double glazed and with central heating throughout. It is well equipped and attractively furnished with modern pine furniture.

Accommodation

There is a comfortably furnished lounge with Flat screen colour TV, DVD, video, CD and hi-fi's and feature electric fireplace.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin - both with pine beds and furnishings.
A kitchen / dining room is fully equipped with a washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer and pine dining table and chairs.
The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.

Facilities

Free Wi-Fi.
Linen is included (excluding towels and tea towels).
All electricity is included.
A high chair and cot (no linen) can be supplied - please request them on booking.

Outside

There is an attractive, fully enclosed garden with a patio, hardwood garden furniture and barbecue.
