 Smugglers is a typical Aldeburgh cottage that in earlier days would have been the home of seafarers, fishermen and probably smugglers! Quietly situated between the High Street and the beach it is within a few seconds walk of the sea and only minutes from Aldeburgh's many award winning restaurants, inns and shops. - The cottage seems to welcome you into the warmth of the living room with its brick open fireplace, oak beams and comfortable furnishings.
- Recently redecorated, the property has been tastefully and comfortably fitted out for a relaxing holiday in this unique town on Suffolk's Heritage Coast.
Accommodation The 'stable' front door leads from a small lobby into the living/dining room. Sofa-bed and easy chairs flank the fire, dining table and chairs are behind open stud beams. Door from the living room leads to a small yet well equipped kitchen; an outside door gives access to a small yard and utility room with auto washing machine. A second door from the kitchen opens into the bathroom - full size bath, wash basin and WC. Cottage stairs wind up from the living room to a delightful double bedded room, well furnished with ample hanging cupboard space. Facilities Gas central heating. Electricity and gas included. Fridge, electric cooker, microwave, automatic washing machine. TV, DVD and video. Bed linen not provided - please bring your own towels (including tea-towels) and bedding. Linen hire is possible. Well behaved dogs welcome.
