• Bradwell is centrally located for the delights of the Peak District National Park, including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Ladybower Dam and beautiful valley of Edale - the start of the Pennine Way,  as well as the famous towns of Buxton and Bakewell.
• The picturesque village of Castleton is just three miles away and is overlooked by the crumbling Mam Tor or "Shivering Mountain" with the dramatic Winnats Pass - a steep, narrow defile between the high limestone cliffs winding by.
• Well worth a visit, are the famous Peak, Blue John, Treak Cliff and Speedwell Caverns.
• Sandwiched by towering cliffs between the Hope Valley and Bradwell Dale, Bradwell is a pretty Peaks village often compared to a Cornish village as it was created by Cornish lead mining settlers.
• Bagshawe Cavern, reached by 130 steep steps, sits on the edge of the village and is a reminder of its  history.
