The Barn at Smalldale Hall is a stone built, Grade II listed detached barn conversion situated in a peaceful location, on the outer fringes of the pretty Derbyshire village of Bradwell. It has been lovingly restored using thoughtful, modern styling and innovative design. Features include large open plan living space, spiral staircase, three ensuite bedrooms, under-floor heating throughout. Laundry and patio with BBQ and panoramic views from most aspects. The barn provides a great retreat for family and friends alike. Location - Bradwell is centrally located for the delights of the Peak District National Park, including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Ladybower Dam and beautiful valley of Edale - the start of the Pennine Way, as well as the famous towns of Buxton and Bakewell.
- The picturesque village of Castleton is just three miles away and is overlooked by the crumbling Mam Tor or "Shivering Mountain" with the dramatic Winnats Pass - a steep, narrow defile between the high limestone cliffs winding by.
- Well worth a visit, are the famous Peak, Blue John, Treak Cliff and Speedwell Caverns.
 - Sandwiched by towering cliffs between the Hope Valley and Bradwell Dale, Bradwell is a pretty Peaks village often compared to a Cornish village as it was created by Cornish lead mining settlers.
- Bagshawe Cavern, reached by 130 steep steps, sits on the edge of the village and is a reminder of its history.
- Bradwell has shops, pubs and places to eat and makes an excellent base for enjoying this fascinating and beautiful part of the country by car or on foot.
