It has views of the estuary through the slipway opposite onto Appledore beach and 2 minutes walk from restaurants, pubs, shops, galleries and Appledore's Quay. You will be perfectly positioned for touring the whole area and there are many attractions within an easy drive including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Crystal, The Tarka Trail (with cycle hire), sea-fishing trips and much more. The golden sands at Westward Ho! is just 2 miles away or the picturesque coastal villages of Clovelly, Hartland Quay and Bucks Mills are within a short scenic drive.
Slipway Cottage is a stones throw from Appledore Beach; drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves lapping up the slipway.

Sitting room with TV, DVD/CD player, selection of DVDís & board games, feature fireplace and gas fire. Dining area with feature fireplace.
