Two self catering cottages at Slipperfield Loch are set in a 100 acre estate of lochs and woodlands 1.25 miles south of West Linton.

America Cottage (4 stars) which sleeps six people in two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom is secluded and is situated amongst woodlands approximately 100 meters from the seven acre loch.

Loch Cottage (3 stars) which sleeps four people in one twin bedroom and one double bedded room overlooks the loch and is semi detached to the owner's house but completely self contained.

Both cottages are very well equipped.

New: both the cottages have a Wi-fi broadband facility.

The cottages are conveniently placed on the A702 for touring the Borders, Fife and Edinburgh. Peebles, Rosslyn Chapel, and Traquair House just a few of the places of interest on the doorstep. Golf, pony trekking, walking and mountain biking facilities all nearby.

The Pentland Hills make the perfect backdrop to Slipperfield - a place of unique beauty, bringing our visitors back time and again.
The whole area is ideal for sightseeing, entertainment and sport.
Two dogs per cottage most welcome.
