Welcome to Sleepy Hollow Cottages set in two acres of tranquil and beautiful gardens. Barton St David is situated in lovely rural walking and cycling countryside in the heart of Somerset - a perfect retreat for nature lovers. We are centrally located for Wells, Glastonbury, Bath, Bristol, Exmoor and the coasts of Dorset, East Devon and North Somerset. There are many National Trust properties and the Fleet Air Arm museum in the immediate locale.

Consisting of three charming, well equipped and comfortable 4* cottages, Nooze (internal photo above right) and Leep cottage (photo on right) are single storey and may be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Nap cottage is a cosy self contained annex to the main house (shown on the right of the main picture and above with well in foreground) and has a wood burning stove and spiral staircase to the first floor.

Both Nooze and Nap have an additional sofa bed in the lounge.

Leep cottage has one double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds for 2 children or a 3rd adult if required.

Included are:
  • Linen, duvets, towels, electricity and gas.
  • Free wifi access (subject to local conditions).
  • Separate laundry facilities.
