Cosy, home from home accommodation. - Skipper Cottage is in a great location right on the harbour-side within no more than a few minutes walk of all the restaurants, pubs and interesting shops in Padstow, not to mention Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant and Cookery School.
 - The town itself centres round a bustling and picturesque fishing harbour, with its narrow streets and quaint cottages.
- The start of the Camel Trail, a picturesque cycle ride to Wadebridge and Bodmin, is also within a minute's walk of Skipper Cottage, as is the Coastal Path which resumes at Padstow with a scenic walk out to Stepper Point and beyond.
- Surrounded by some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Cornwall there's no shortage of wonderful countryside and beaches to explore.
- Padstow is also an ideal base from which to explore the rest of Cornwall.
- The Eden Project is just half an hour away, and the many National Trust properties and gardens of Cornwall are all within an hour's drive.
Skipper Cottage is a first floor flat within a character cottage. From the living room window of Skipper Cottage you can watch the world go by and enjoy the wonderful views across the harbour and estuary to the busy sailing centre of Rock.
This homely accommodation sleeps 4 and offers:  - Two spacious bedrooms (one double and one twin room).
- Bathroom, and separate shower room with power shower.
- Dining room.
- Kitchen with dishwasher, traditional Rayburn cooker with separate two ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer.
- Cosy living room, comfortably furnished with two sofas, antique dresser, mock woodburner, TV, DVD, Video, CD/Radio.
- Children are very welcome. We have a selection of toys, books, games and videos for everyone to enjoy. We can provide a cot and highchair on request.
 - Parking: We provide a weekly parking permit for the old station car park which is on the south quay just 100 metres away. You can stop outside to drop off luggage.
- Smoking: Please note that smoking is not permitted on the premises.
- Pets: Sorry, not pets allowed. No garden is available.
- Skipper Cottage is normally let on a Friday to Friday basis, although there is some flexibility on this in the low season.
- The price is inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity, gas and water.
- Short Breaks of 3 nights or more are available out of the high season, please contact us for a price.
- Discounts offered for under-occupancy and bookings of two weeks or more.
