Silverwells is a comfortable bungalow, with stunning views of Ben Wyvis, situated on a 42 acre working croft on the Black Isle 10 miles from Inverness. An ideal location for an escape to the country, yet within easy reach of Inverness and Dingwall for pubs, restaurants and shops. - An excellent base for visiting all parts of the Highlands there are plenty activities in the area: walking, fishing, golf courses, pony trekking, sight seeing, bird watching, (red kites are often seen flying close to the bungalow), visits to distilleries.
- Also within easy driving distance of Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle, Culloden Battlefield, historic Cromarty, the Black Isle Brewery and Strathpeffer Spa where the Museum of Childhood is located. For the children there is the Black Isle Wildlife Park and dolphin watching at North Kessock and Fortrose with boat trips from Cromarty and Avoch.
 - Dingwall, just 5 minutes away, has a good selection of local shops as well as a 24 hour store with petrol station, and a farmers market is held in the town on the second Saturday of every month.
- Inverness, The Capital and gateway to the Highlands, is an excellent shopping centre with many fine restaurants to suit all tastes. It also has great facilities for all the family with the Aquadome, the icerink, Vue Cinema, Eden Court theatre, Inverness Castle and Museum, Fairways Driving Range and Rollerbowl - loads of choice if you have any wet days during your holiday!
 Accommodation: The bungalow has three bedrooms, two double and one single. There is a comfortable lounge /dining room with an open fire. TV, DVD and CD player are all provided. The property is heated by oil fired central heating. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, washing machine. Bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is a cot and highchair available on request. Directions: From Inverness follow the main A9 north heading for Thurso/Wick. After the Roundabout at Tore where the dual carriageway ends, continue heading north on the A9 for Thurso/Wick for 3 miles until the first major turn off, sign posted for Duncanston/Muir of Ord (B9169). Take this exit. Upon leaving the main A9, Silverwells is located 1 mile along the road, on the left just after Balnabeen Garage.
What's Included: Bed Linen Towels Electric Oil: £15 per week Nov - April Bookings: Rental periods are generally a week (Saturday changeover arriving 4pm and leaving by 10am). Available throughout the year. Short breaks available 3 or 4 nights from November to the end of March.
