Situated in a quiet, private cul de sac on the edge of this West Susex village, Silhill House Annexe is an attractive new private extension to our home. It is ideal for a couple, but will accommodate four using the sofa bed in the lounge. We have superb views of, and direct access to, The South Downs National Park with its multitude of picturesque walking, cycling and horse trails right on the doorstep. The village of Storrington is less than ten minutes stroll away. We are also close to the historic villages of Arundel, Amberly, Petworth and Chichester as well as being twenty minutes from the coast.

Own front door to open plan living area.
New fitted kitchen with gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer.

Location

Footpath access from the house to South Downs National Park.
Great mountain biking and numerous beautiful walks close by.
Facilities in the village include a wide range of pubs, restaurants and take aways, a Waitrose supermarket and a bike hire shop.
Within easy reach are the attractions of Elizabethan Parham House, the pretty village of Amberley and the RSPB reserve at Pulborough.
Slightly further afield are the antique shops of Petworth, the magnificent castle at Arundel, the cathedral city of Chichester, and horse racing and motor racing at Goodwood.
In less than half an hour you can be at the sunny seaside resorts of Brighton, Worthing, Littlehampton and Bognor Regis.
Pulborough Station is 5 miles away. From here frequent trains run to Gatwick Airport (40 minutes) and Central London (1.5 Hours).
